Can we take a look at the class as a whole? I'm kinda getting sick of fighting Lucian mid/top or MissFortune ADC/Sup or Quinn Vayne top

Only way to fix marksmen into not being in every game is to remove crit and replace it with something else. I was so disappointed with the marksmen update because instead of fixing the problem, they amplified it.

Because crit requires an entire build dedicated towards it to be effective. By making ADCs have to dedicate half of their build to crit, it stops them from being able to buy a lot of defense (you only really would have space for one, and that's sacrificing your APen or lifesteal, which are also vitally important). Riot doesn't want ADCs able to reach that strong of damage with only a few items, and then being able to build stronger tank items that keep them alive without proper play.

I still have yet to see a Lucian in mid or top in my ranked games.

Same with MF in support, see her not as much in adc at the moment. I dont know why.

Quinn top I see much more than vayne top at the moment, and I haven't seen vayne top in months in my ranked games.

I've seen 2 Lucian mids so far. Only seen the top lane ones in other games and it's usually people who just didn't get assigned mid.
