I kind of feel like removing all carry potential out of bottom lane would be nice. As 90% of the games are decided by whose bottom lane ISN'T the major liability. Removing agency from bottom would be nice... It's been about bottom for too long, I figure it's time to move on from that.

Bot lane already has barely any agency at all from the carry's side. That's WHY they have the raw power they do.
Baby Ghoul2 votesThere is no agency bot lane. ADC's are just the best end game champion class, but they have little to no control over how their laning phase goes.
The game is decided by your jungler and your mid laner. It largely doesn't matter how bad or good you do bot. Whoever gets that 4 man gank bot lane starts the snowball.
Games are formulaic in this way. Junglers invest everything into mid lane. The better mid laner roams bot. The 4 man ganks either breaks the enemy bot lane or puts them on life support. The group takes the tower, then the dragon. Top lane throws a diva fit because they got no ganks. There's little variation.
There's an added complication of bot lane requiring coordination as well. If one of you is off, then that makes everything a thousand times worse.

BenLegend4431 votesYou could mid lane carry. APCs exist. Whenever I see a enemy low on health in bot or top, I could R(I play Karthus for mid lane). That way, I got fed and could one shot their carry with Requiem. Top lane can also carry but they are mostly tanks. I had played Akali one game in top, and for some reason the enemy top laner decided to Sona top. It was easy killing them over and over again. Later in the team fight phase I could destroy their team kinda easily. By the time I died, it was only the tank left and the marksman could take it from there.

I'm a Top lane that's dabbling a lot in the mid lane atm. No matter how well I do, a 3v5 is extremely hard to pull off, especially if their jungler got fed on bottom as well. Usually in that scenario at least two players get really ahead. furthermore it's often a skill disparity so my bottom lane will almost never catch up regardless of items.
