just cc kat noob shes balanced

1. It's harder to CC Zed because he has two ways of closing gaps and one of them doesn't require a target, while the other gives him a brief period of untargetability.
2. What you showed in the picture is a rework that got scrapped (aka it's irrelevant in the current game)
3. People complain about Katarina as much as Zed here.

if zed goes in with ult, zed can still dodge with another dash and then get out at anytime (within 6 seconds) with ult if kat goes in, she is all in until she can get a kill

zed just have to make sure he did enough damage so the ult damage will kill after, kat is in there until someone dies. if both will be focused with heavy cc during their all-in: zed can spam r to get out, kat cant and its hard to kill someone when you are cc'd
