What's being done about the current state of ranked?

I'm getting Diamond+ players who are indistinguishable from Gold. The current season's balance makes carrying impossible, which leaves the entire outcome of the game up to which lanes have the worst players.

There's no reason for the game to have reached this point. We've been watching it constantly decline over the past three seasons, with no intervention. Do something to fix the quality of ranked games.

Just wait until next season; if this trend continues, things like map awareness, decision making skill, and good positioning will be completely unnecessary for reaching Diamond. As opposed to right now, where they're only mostly unnecessary.
