Bard's PBE [03/30/15] [m/d/y]

Bard: Attack range reverted to 500 from 550.

Okay I can safely say the initial PBE buffs to Bard was too much; but the things that he needed was more basic attack range and either more armor and/or health which he got more base armor; but I feel Bard really needs more basic attack range, revert some other things from this PBE cycle for Bard but the added defense and extra AA range.
