If she is 200-0, then you cant react, like every other champion like that. Lets be honest here, she has a pretty damn healthy kit, all her abilities are melee and avoidable, she has no poke in her kit and she stays squishy no matter how much kills she got.

I actually play Veigar jungle and it works. It takes some skill to do effectively, but if you can figure out how, you can get just as many if not more stacks in the jg than in lane.

veigar cant do this at level 4. he needs to farm into mid and lategame to get to that point.

the animation cancelling is stupid. ive seen rivens scripting to abuse it. (at least otherwise i couldnt explain how these guys could manually get their entire q including autos off in half a second) .

her kit is versatile to be strong enough even without the ability to 100 to 0 someone during the stun duration. if she needs buffs afterwards, fine. but right now she only really works by abusing this cheese.
