Finally an even set of promo games

My last 3 ranked games were my first promos of season 10. Surprisingly all were very even back and forth games where effort was rewarded and people didn't shit talk. Why can't they all be like this? By contrast every game outside of promos from placements to the first promo game were one sided stomp fests full of toxicity.
