Why would they rework Renekton one of the most balanced champions in this game he is viable and strong atm.

Darius = Renekton + steroids

Not true !. darius has no gap closer let alone he cannot double dash 2. Darius does not have a stun 3. Darius does now have a heal on Q like renekton but renektons heal is more reliable since it can be used on minons 4. renekton's Ult give him bonus HP and allows him to be tankier darius has an execute

Overall they are no where near the same type of champion renekton is an in and out combo type of trader while darius exceeds at extended trades unlike renekton

Different strenghts and weaknesses, it is much easier to kite darius

They are really similar. Their Qs are aoe abilities + heals, their Ws are some sort of auto attack with CC. Hook counts as "gap closer", lets just say he has no mobility. The only real difference is their passive, which Renek doesnt even really have one and Darius has one of the most broken ones and their ults.

Also Darius is probably harder to kite than Renek since he has 2 (one ranged and aoe) 90% slows and dmg while building tank.

I'm sorry but if darius cannot get into hook range there is no way for him to get to the carry unless he flashes this is why i say darius is easily kited. If he can hook someone it is because they made a mistake not because his kit allowed him to catch them out.

Renekton can dash through a minion or another champion then dash again onto another champ or can use the dash to escape in the same way

IMO Darius is much stronger then renekton atm but he is not a stronger version of renekton.
