Now that Corki isn't dominating, can we look at giving him some small utility buffs?

Corki isn't in that good of a spot and the rocket nerfs hit him harder than most people think, but this isn't a thread about buffing his damage. I just think that Riot isn't treating him as they treat other ability based adcs.

For one, he consumes a significant amount of mana. Even if I'm budgeting it, he'll still eat through most of it by doing very little. This is for three reasons.

For starters, his base mana is 280, which is incredibly low for most ability based champions. The lowest base mana belongs to vayne, who I rarely run out of mana on.

Secondly, his base mana regen, 2.1 or 2.8 I think, is insufficient to warrant the low mana pool.

Finally, his Valkyrie, the movement ability, cost 100 mana. Thinking about it, isn't 100 mana way to high for that kind of ability? If we're looking at something like Lucians dash, vaynes tumble, or ezreals shift, they all have relatively low mana cost in comparison and their mana pool allows for that kind of usage. You also have to keep in mind that Corki's Valkyrie retains the longest cool down out of all of those abilities coming in over 20 seconds.

As a solution, I think that Corki could stand to have more mana but as a corki player I would personally prefer mana regen over flat mana. Lucian falls into the same category as an ability based adc, yet has nearly 350 mana while also having significantly lower mana consumption. I also think that Corkis valkyrie should ramp up in mana cost starting at something like 75/80/85/90/95 instead of a flat 100. 100 mana is the same amount that a lot of ultimates cost.

The second point that I would like to address is that Corki has the lowest base movement speed in the game at 325. This doesn't make sense thematically at all. He is one out of two champions I think that ride in a vehicle. The other one, rumble, is in a land vehicle that goes at 345 ms, the same as champions like yasuo and zed.

So thematic and gameplay wise, Corki should have at least 335ish movement speed. It doesn't make sense for him to fly in a plane and move as slow as a goat lady or large morde guy weighed down in armor.
