Kat has to be fed, yi isn't really op he hard falls off in any elo above gold, brand is mediocre, thats the teams fault and it takes time for his ult to bounce, he still has to have some fat stats for to actually kill 5 people, jax's R is quite underwhelming its not really useful besides using it for the current OP meta of shojin, which is being removed. Malphite can't get a penta with his r. Missfortune needs to be fed, shes an adc, that needs kills to scale to use it, and also have positioning where everybody is in her wide spread cone. Neeko cant penta, ori just got a buff, before that she cant penta, probably still cant now. Pyke u cant penta 5 people at once unless you have the luck of a lottery, in which case, it doesnt matter, thats his job to secure kills and execute people, they have to be really low first. Qyianna needs tuning too, her ult is kinda dumb but even so, u cant really penta unless they're all decently lowered, and u smash them all against a wall. Riven cant penta with a raw R. Rumble cant penta with a raw R. Shaco can't penta with a raw R unless the team afks for 10 years and its lvl 10+ shaco vs lvl 1s, Taric cant penta at all, tryndamere cant penta by pressing R, he uses AAs, twitch cant penta by just pressing R, he has to AA, and ALSO BE FED. Vayne cant penta with R, has to be fed, also only hits 1 person at a time. Velkoz cant penta with an R unless they're low and he gets lucky, vladimere needs to be tuned, badly designed champ, he needs a rework. Wukong can't penta with just R unless hes full AD and even then he still has to have them lowered and be squishys, Yasuo can't penta off R, still needs to use mechanics and actually fight. Where as, if an illaoi is slightly ahead, and the team focuses her, she presses R, and watches tents slam down 100 times and kill an entire team even if they aren't directly under the tentacles. I could probably say kat doesnt need to be fed, since her job is literally just ambush cheesing and then in which case she steals a penta with her R.. I dislike her very much, but i'd say her R by itself cannot penta unless its full squishys with missing hp.
