remember when they let lucian's cast times decrease with level

you know who else would enjoy that feature and isn't a champ who takes over the meta when they're decent?

Illaoi, a very fair champion with a very unfair drop-off past lane phase

tru i think all the juggers should get faster animations as the game goes on

wouldn't even need to raise their damage or tankiness to make them not poopy butt cheeks late game if all their spells couldn't be walked out of

jugger meta when

thats just unwise cast times build in intended weaknesses that laners can use to win lane if they play it right. Imagine darius losing all cast times he would be abomination, this is true of any champs like them such as poppy, tahm, gragas. There is only one group of champions that has little to no cast time animations and they are also the most problematic champions in league known as marksmen.

doesn't affect her lane at all, you could even nerf it a little if you so choose

it's a late game buff almost exclusively which she sorely needs
