I played him now and then, but not enough to be considered a main. Now I do like the changes that were made to his W, but I am not so sure about the passive. It's nice for teamfights, but Singed lost so many free stats that he was getting from the old passive, even more so if he were to build mana items.
Trash MammaI1 votesYou never really built mana items other than RoA on him unless you were going for tear into seraph's, there were better options though so it never mattered. The speed boost in teamfights when you proc it off everyone is hilarious though
