Where the stealth duration starts short and gets longer the more points it has in it. You know, so he can stop assassinating people with one item and a half or something.

it starts at 10 seconds and goes up to 14.
also, twitch earlygame has no damage. he relies on his E to pass the 30 minute mark. one item wont make him broken at all.
PS: His stealth is a camouflage. get close enough to him and you can see him just fine.
