Stop with the bs "it's not damage reduction it makes the hp become true damage on a DoT", no it's bs when with the item itself you can out-heal the DoT, meaning it's literally 30% damage reduction on an offensive item, because I enjoy so much getting face-tanked as an AP assassin against an enemy with 
that barely takes any damage with 2 offensive items.

Don't say is too expensive because you're barely ever going to go up against a champion who builds before you get as an AP champion unless you're

and ending up with 42% damage reduction + Maw shield + life steal without losing any AD, when you're supposed to trade power for defense. Tell me how is this fair
