I myself am not a good Udyr player, but he represents a major problem with this game

Udyr in his current state does nothing that other jungle champs can't do faster or more efficiently. Like he's almost worthless. I know he was OP a few patches ago and was promptly nerfed, but my question is why does Riot play favorites? I can name a few champions off the top of my head who have been allowed to exist in overpowered states for a very long time despite player disapproval. On the other side of that coin, you have champions that linger in obscurity for a long time till Riot decides to throw them a bone. I guess since we may never get an increased number of bans, perhaps Riot has change to OP flavor of the month from time to time.
