This player completely shit on our entire team's efforts. The enemy team offered to report him, but we all know nothing is going to happen. He ended this 27 minute game with 3000 damage.

You need ranked to accurately assess new champions anyways.... Norm is corrupted by "don't give a crap" behavior and Surrenders far more than ranked.
Maybe 3% or less of Ranked is early surrenders, and people tend to care at least a little more. Better to gain stats from.

EvilxUndertonez1 votesI agree new champs should be disabled in ranked...but the problem is the teammate who chose to play the Aatrox. Based off their decision to play a new champ first time in ranked, I’d say there’s a good chance they would have been a trash teammate regardless of who they played.
