Is Kog'Maw being looked at?

Ever since he got that small bugfix, he has been stupdenously strong, arguably even more strong than when his Q was a one point wonder. Kindred rose up because of the tank meta that has been popping up, and she got some pretty decent nerfs even though Kogmaw had a mind numbingly high winrate at 55%. I feel like something is wrong when his numbers are so high he gets to be in the top 10 winrates in ARAM, where i can honestly say i have never seen an ARAM team lose with a Kog on it. You cant even itemize against it and if the enemy team has tanks to protect, it feels like there is nothing you can do. Is he going to get nerf hammered anytime soon?
