The worst part is, they have challenger players now doing their stupid "unranked to challenger" challenges, to try to prove that it's possible to get out of elo hell.
But a player like you isn't challenger level, just better than the people he gets on his team. Because it's really RNG whether you get decent teammates (or noob enemies), it's near impossible for someone in this situation to climb.
I've had games where I absolutely dumpstered the enemy laners, only to get dumpstered the next game by better player. At this point I don't even know what elo I'm in; it seems like 1 in 5 bronze players are smurfing challengers and it's a coin flip as to whether those smurfs land on my team or the other team.
