or is it only on allies because the description iis very ambiguous/misleading if that's the case
Zielmann1 votesThey are separate, so windspeakers does make any heals 10% stronger. Note that healing is considered separate from spell vamp or lifesteal. Since Vlad's Q and W are specified as Healing (and also the ToB stacks increase his Healing by a percentage), windspeakers would work with Vlad's innate healing. If he buys Wota, the vamp from it is not increased.
