It breaks too many champions. Kaisa, Kayle, Vayne, Master Yi, all multiplies the damage of these champions once they get it. True damage out the ass for Vayne and Yi (Yi can solo Baron easier with it and BORK), and your hp disintegrates vs Kaisa and Kayle. The AP wasted stats on Vayne clearly doesn't matter to Vayne players (absolutely 0 AP scalings).

And a sidenote - rebuff Baron.

It's too strong of an effect. To the point that I believe Vayne jungle was a thing for a while when Devourer was a thing.

Its literally meant to be the crit item for on-hit builds. The item is fine as it is, its price point is high for a reason.

Lists one champion that is overtuned. Kayle is trash. Vayne is pretty decent. Master Yi is mediocre.

Other users of Guinsoo's. Kog is bad. Varus is legit trash. And what else? On hit Teemo? Lol

So because a single user of Guinsoo's is overtuned that means its suddenly breaking the game and needs to be removed? You're serious?

P.S. Jungle Vayne was complete trash. You should have used Jungle Kog who was busted af at the time as your example

Phantom hit doesn't scale as hard as crit does, so it's not the WORST offender.

I think Riot FINALLY managed to hit a decent spot for it. FINALLY...after years of this shit.

This post is a complete joke, 3 of the 4 champs you list are performing below average and Kaisa is strong even without rageblade.

Just because you get destroyed with Malphite against hard counters Vayne and MasterYi in soloq and come crying on the boards, doesnt mean your anecdotal evidence is valid.

since when is Vayne building Rageblade? and most champions that use rageblade aren't even good currently. The vast majority are either bottom of the barrel picks or just "ok". One champion being good with the item doesn't mean anything since you can look at every single item in the game (except for item 3056 since it's terrible always) and make the exact same argument about how it "breaks too many champions"

Not gonna lie it's the only thing that makes On-Hit items seem unfair to play against because of it; there's such a lack of On-Hit items to begin with, the On-Hit item diversity is also lacking.

Fun fact Phantom Hit is also that item that makes Champions or made should I say, Varus somewhat viable. But even that isn't enough to place him in a better place.

Kog'Maw's already one of if not the worst ADC right now, if you remove phantom hit from rageblade you might as well also just delete Kog'Maw from the game.

I dont believe this was the right way to post that rageblade is a problem but I do agree that rage blade has caused many problems with champions like Jhin and Kaisa

Don't underestimate the power of rageblade vayne it melts through people no matter they squishy or sion, I have faced it a few times in aram. Personally i don't think it warrants phantom hit or whatever the passive is removal, it needs to be bought on her like 3 or 4th item to be dangerous as she needs some decent attack speed first and its very situational.

Yeah when Devourer was a thing, you would see Adcs (like Kogmaw and Vayne) take smite bot lane just so they could buy Devourer and get the phantom hit
