lmfao... because him doing the most damage out of everyone is balanced, while he has zero damage items and went all tank while its litearlly impossible to burst him. Even tho I had 50% penetration/100% crits on him, yet only manage to take out 0.5/4 of his health
who exactly... designed this kit? And thought it was a great idea?

100% crit is not necessarily a good thing mind you. Some of the highest DPS builds that I've calculated don't manage that sort of Crit Chance except for extreme hyperscalers, meaning trying to buy too much Crit too quickly may in fact be impeding your damage onto Tahm, rather than supplementing it.
Furthermore, nothing you stated has nothing to do with his design. At best, your arguments are number tuning issues.
