Miss fortune ult suggestion

Miss fortune's ult no longer crits (no longer deals 1.2x damage), but Miss fortune can move while channeling the ability. And excuse me for bringing logic into this, because apparently we're not allowed to have logic in this game. But she uses pistols FFS. It really isn't that hard for a NORMAL HUMAN BEING (which I assume Miss Fortune is) to move around while firing a pistol. I just figured if Lucian can do this, why not let Miss Fortune do it to? Why compare them you ask? Because they both use pistols, that's why.

Alright sit your ass down.

First of all, she does not use pistols. She uses hand cannons. Distinctly heavier and clunkier, and when wielding one handed:

Alternatively, the hand cannon could be placed on a rest and held by one hand while the gunner applied the means of ignition himself.

If you applied "logic", you'd know that Miss Fortune would need to sacrifice mobility as she holds the gun in a fixed place to ignite and fire it.

Even before her rework people seem to forget this. That Lucian and Miss Fortune are two totally different ADCs and neither of their ults are necessarily better than the other. Just different.

Lucian's is a tiny area and minions/other people can totally block out the ult from someone. It doesn't do that much damage unless you properly channel it onto someone.

Miss Fortune's ult is a huge AoE damaging ability but she has to stand still in that area. It does a ton of damage but It's not super hard to just walk out of, most CC stops the channel, and she's extremely vulnerable like this.

Can a normal human shoot fifty+ amount of bullets in a wave with two POWDER PISTOLS? Or make it rain bullets? Also duel-wielding weapons is a lot harder in real life, especially fire arms where: You only have one hand for each weapon to counteract recoil, reloading is a pain, and you can't aim very well, especially against multiple targets (who may be actively trying to kill you as well.)

For all we know, she has to stand in place and focus 110% on firing all those bullets at once that different movements completely throws off her aim. It's one thing to shoot a lot of bullets in a straight line, it's another to machine gun fire in a cone with pistols.

As for the change suggested, really neutral on it since making it so you can move while ulting might make her ult more reliable (thus mitigating the damage loss, possibly exceeding it) and more difficult to escape/dodge out of, especially with Strut fully active.
