Sacrificial Style Support (Champion Concept)

Here is my amateur idea for a support that I would love to see but know I will never be made.

Passive - Protect the Innocent - Every X seconds you intercept the next targeted hostile spell cast on a nearby ally. Hostile spells cast on allies reduce this cooldown by 1 second.

Q - Free the Righteous - Passive: X Tenacity. Stores one charge after being struck by cc. Max 3 charges. Active: Use a charge to free an ally from one form of CC.

W - Life Line - (Name is so original. Where do I get these amazing ideas?) Links self to an Ally champion. X% of all damage done to linked Ally is dealt to you instead. (If ally is hit with 100 damage he/she only takes 75 while you take 25) While linked your ally gets a small Movement speed buff.

E - Generic Healing Spell Name - Heals self for X. If Life Line is active, heals Ally for 50%.

R - Ultimate Sacrifice - Marks an Ally. After a brief delay you swap places with marked ally. After the swap you receive bonus Armor and Magic Resist and swapped ally receives a Movement Speed boost. Range on ult is roughly that of Nocturne Ult and channel duration is that of Shen Ult.

I want to see a support that is something other than a CC machine or a second AP carry. I want to see a support whose entire purpose is protecting his team.

The trolling/ks potential on the ult is super high. When I develop champs I try to avoid abilities that cc my own teammates. Perhaps give the targeted ally the OPTION of swapping with your champ.

3 stacks of Cleanse as a Q? O.o

Fun idea. The biggest problem I see with this is that this champion would be useless alone. Having high-syngergy champs is cool, but they need to at least do something when alone in lane. Isn't this why the original Karma got reworked? Her abilities relied too heavily on your laning partner to know how they work.
