[Champion Concept] Jinza, Gem of Shurima
Jinza is mage who uses very complex skills to confound her enemies. She is an extreme beauty and wears flowing silk that seems to flow around her. Embedded in her forehead and hands are gems where she channels her power through. All of her abilities are effected by each other in different ways and her passive brings it all together.

Jinza is both sorceress and exotic dancer, she combines both of these skills to create a beautiful and deadly art. Jinza is in search of a certain man and before coming to the League she roamed the Shurima Desert in search of him. She went from town to town showing off her skills, trying to gain whatever information she could, most of the time she was quite unsuccessful.
One day her efforts did not go in vain and she got some very promising and unnerving information. It is said the man she is in search of went into the desert in a sort of daze as if beckoned by some unseen spirit. When he returned days later, heading northward, he was no longer entirely human. He seemed possessed, his voice and gaze sent an icy chill down their spines.
They told her that north was the League of Legends, and so hoping that her long journey would finally come to an end she set off. She was frightened by what she had heard though, scared that what she believes happened to him is true that he was touched by some demonic world, for he was always closer to other worlds then his own. With fear in her heart, she decided to join the League so she can search for him with ease, hopefully he was still the man she remembered and if he was not... she would do what she must
###ABILITIES
[Passive][Gems of Power ]: Whenever Jinza casts a spell she gains a stack of Gem Power, after 4 stacks the next ability will consume all stacks and she will cast a special form of her spell.
[Q][Fractured Light ][80 mana][9 seconds]: Jinza shoots a large slow moving ball of energy in the shape of a gem towards target location it will stay at targeted location for 2.5 seconds, it deals 60 + 70% of her AP to any enemies hit. Any of Jinza's abilities that pass through Fractured Light will deal 15% of its damage as True Damage.
Powered Fracture - Jinza can shoot two Fractured Light, if one of Jinza's abilities pass through both 30% of its damage will be True Damage.
[W][Dancing Power ][70 mana][7 seconds]: Passive - Jinza is a talented dancer allowing her to move through units.
Active - Jinza surrounds herself in an aura of energy and performs a dancing leap to target location, upon landing she will shoot her aura towards your cursor, dealing 80 + 100% of her AP. Whenever Jinza hits an enemy champion with one of her abilities Dancing Power cooldown is reduced by 2, this includes her aura from Dancing Power.
Powered Tempo - Jinza explodes upon landing instead of shooting her aura, knocking all enemies back a short distance dealing 100 + 100% of her AP.
[E][Gem's Blessing ][30/40/50][10 seconds]: Can be cast three times, each cast costs 10 extra mana unless Jinza hits an enemy champion Jinza throws out a gem of power in a straight line exploding on contact dealing 40 + 40% of her AP, in .2 seconds she can throw another gem dealing 45 + 40% of her AP, in .2 seconds she can throw a third and final gem for 50 + 40% of her AP. Each Gem that hits adds a stack of her Passive. If Jinza hits an enemy champion with all three gems they will be marked with Blessing the next ability that hits them will return 35 + 10% of the damage of the ability used as mana to Jinza.
Powered Blessings - Jinzas gems will become targeted rather then skill shots and if there is a Fractured Light it will pass through it on its way toward enemy.
[R][Desert's Storm ][110 mana][160 seconds]: Passive - Jinza gains a stack of Gemstorm whenever she basic attacks an enemy champion. Maximum 5 Stacks
Active - Jinza summons a powerful storm of gems in targeted location for 6 seconds, dealing 30 + 60%(+ 10% per stack of Gemstorm) of her AP per second. All of Jinza's abilities will cost 10 mana less and 3 seconds less on their cooldowns while she is in the storm.
Powered Storm - Jinza summons a powerful storm of gems in targeted location that will slow any enemies by 15%, each enemy that dies while in Powered Storm will increase its duration by 0.5 seconds, this is doubled by Champions. All of Jinza's abilities cast while inside Powered Storm will cost 20 less mana and will have their cooldowns reduced by 5 seconds.
####EXPLANATIONS
So Jinza seems a bit complicated and it was kind of tough to describe all of her effects without overloading the abilities with information, so i will try and explain all her abilities in more detail here. Just for the record, Jinza is meant to be complicated and tough to grasp, but once you do she will be very very powerful. Not to mention there are tons of viable combos based on your personal playstyle. She has no hard CC, so her trade off his high damage and mobility, as she has a very high movement speed for a mage.
Her Passive is pretty simple actually its similar to Karma's Mantra, but you need to cast 4 abilities and the 5th ability will be Powered.
Her Q is a bit more complicated, she shoots a large orb forward that will eventually come to a stop at location for a couple seconds. Any abilities that are shot through the orb will deal a small amount of true damage. Her Powered version just shoots 2 which allows better chances of hitting your target or doing alot more true damage if you think you can hit them.
Her W passive allows her to move through units, thats it. her active is like a short leap or dash towards cursor location, you then have roughly half a second to move your cursor towards the direction you want to shoot her aura. Her Powered version acts like a very small version of Malphite ults but it only knocks them back slightly.
Her E is her main poke and damage, its a skill shot and if it misses the next cast will cost 10 extra mana, but if it hits then it wont cost extra. The cooldown starts after her first cast and she has 1 second to use each subsequent cast. It also will return mana should you hit them with all 3 and then another ability. Each E cast will reduce W cooldown by 2. Her Powered version turns them into a targeted ability an they will purposely pass through her Q.
Then the R her ultimate. Her R is a very powerful ability which i why it has a steep mana cost and long cooldown. She creates a storm at target location which deals constant damage and buffs all her abilities, its damage is not very high unless you have all 5 stacks. It is also the only ability that is not effected by her Q. The main point of her ult is to use your abilities at reduced mana and cooldown while having a constant damage in addition. The Storm will also give you a stack of her passive every 2 seconds. It would be best to use this ability first because of its buff to your abilities.
Jinza is complicated compared to other mages, you really need to be aware of your passive and when you have an Powered ability, you need to keep track of you Q because if you hit them through it is where you will get the most damage allowing her to get early kills an then snowball. You need to make sure you use the right Powered ability at the right time as well, it might seem like a good idea to always Power her E but Powering her Q might help you deal more damage or even let you hit more of your abilitie, Powering her W might help you with an engage or save a teammate, although i would recommend Powering her R when you go i as you get 1 stack of her passive after 2 seconds they are slowed and it buffs your abilities.
