So im back with another champ design...well i typed out the entire champ concept a couple days ago, but i clicked to scroll down the page and went to click back into the text to delete something, it must not have clicked and i went back a page losing everything i just typed item 3070 item 3070 . So if this seems a little... lacking in emotion... its because im still a little upset about it. Its never fun to spend X amount of time writing something for fun, just to lose it all with a stupid useless function -_-, specially when i wont be able to recreate it exactly as before...

Ok well his name is Onothras and he is an ADC. He is from the same world as Nasus and Renekton, but he is much older. His only role is to remember and keep record of everything that ever happened and everything that ever will. He also protects that knowledge which he keeps recorded in a book called The Book of Memories, which he carries in his left hand.

Onothras has the form of an Owl, he has wings on his back but also has 2 arms. Similar to Nasus and Renekton he has an Egyptian style, wearing a loincloth like thing, nothing on his chest, and gold bands going down his arms and legs. His weapon is his own feathers which he throws like daggers and the Book of Memories which he opens for some abilities.

###LORE

Onothras was never appointed as Keeper of Memories, since the beginning of time he has held this title. No one knows where he came from or how old he is, not even his own race, perhaps not even himself.

Onothras has sworn an oath to take no part in any politics or leadership and instead focus all of his attention into recorded everything into The Book of Memories. So when his race broke out in war, he stayed back and sadly watched, recorded, and remembered every last second, paying special attention to Nasus and his brother Renekton, who were once his pupils, now sworn enemies.

This went on for a long time until finally the grief got too much for him. That was when he noticed both Nasus and Renekton disappear from the world, remembering such a magic from long long ago he turned his gaze towards its location. There he found the League of Legends.

Wanting to put an end to the wars destroying his race, he decided to join the League in exchange for its help in quelling the hatred flowing through his lands. Finally the old Keeper of Memories had taken action and his eons of Wisdom and ancient Power are about to be unleashed upon the land of Runeterra.

"His Wisdom and Strength is matched only by his Age, which is as old if not older then Time itself." - Nasus

##ABILITIES

[Passive][Book of Memories]: Onothras remembers the last spell cast on him and the next time it is cast on him, if it is an enemy spell the damage is reduced by 30% and any status effects are reduced by 10%. If it was an ally champions spell, then all of its effects are increased by 25%.

[Q][Ancient Wings][55 mana][10 seconds]: Onothras opens his wings and glides to target location and upon landing explodes in a flurry of feathers, blinding and doing 40 + 40% of his AD per second to any enemy standing in his feathers.

[W][Curse of Youth][80 mana][20 seconds]: Onothras chooses an enemy champion remembering when they were still in training, he reduces their armor, attack damage, and maximum health by 10% increasing to 15% over 3 seconds, this effect lasts longer the more Onothras attacks them. (Maximum 5 seconds)

[E][Wisdom of Age][70 mana][15 seconds]: Passive: Age - Every 10 min Onothras gains 10 armor and 25 health. Active: Wisdom - Onothras gains 40% attack speed and his basic attack deal an additional 50% of his attack damage as magic damage for 5 seconds. While Wisdom is active, every 2 minion kills will permanently give Onothras 1 AD, this effect is doubled on Champion kills only.

[R][Wrath of Memories][100 mana][140 seconds]: Onothras starts to scratch out an enemy champion from his Book dealing 185 + 40% + of his AP + 20% of their current life as magic damage over 3 seconds. If Onothras fails to kill the champion while Wrath of Memories is active, the next use will cost additional 75 mana, but if he does kill them then next time it is used on that champion it will have no cost.

####EXPLANATIONS

He might seem a little complicated to you and OP, he doesnt to me, so this is where ill explain each ability. He might not seem like an ADC, but after making each ability i stacked them up with the other ADC's. His cooldowns are fairly high as well meaning he fight long trades or if he fails his combo he cant reengage for some time leaving him open for poke.

His Passive is mostly for his Support, but also surviving what could have been a kill. This is where the type of support can really come into play, Janna's shield gives AD with this passive his AD can temporarily skyrocket, a Nami heal can heal more and then do more damage if bounced off of Onothras to enemy, a braum can or taric can temporarily turn you into a mini tank, or a Karma can make you Sonic the Hedgehog, the compatibility here will really make team comps fun and make for more teamwork. Does not work on summoner spells

His Q is sort of like a mix between Graves blind and Corki's jump, at least thats what it reminded me of. Its his Engage and Disengage, countering this ability is just walking out of it or not getting hit. Also stepping out of his feathers immediately cancels the blind, but stepping back in immediately blinds you

His W is his all in, using this ability without killing the enemy is going to set you behind in mana. The way it works is it starts them off with a 10% debuff which gradually grows to 15% over 3 seconds, if Onothras keeps damaging them the effect will go on for another 2 seconds with the 15% debuff.

His E is his steroid and when used in conjunction with his W makes him the ultimate 1v1er. His E also resembles Nasus's Q and Nasus's and Renekton's Ults, where he gets bigger and tankier as the game goes on and also stronger the more he kills. His trade combo would be to R- Q - W - E. This is the ultimate 1v1 combo and should you kill them, you can do it again with his R costing nothing, which could mean 1 more Q to get away.

And finally his R, which i know must seem more like a mage ult. Personally i think it fits pretty good into his kit, with his awesome 1v1 potential his ult could mean the difference between life and death... for them. It probably best to activate your ult first while they are at max life to get the most damage out of it.

His build would be normal crit, attack speed, a bit of tank, some lifesteal. A fun build could include BoRK, IE, BT, TriForce, any boots, and Deathfire Grasp for his ult XD. Could be funny haha, it works for garens ult which is hilarious when accomplished.

Anyways tell me what you think, if you like it leave a comment and UPVOTE! if you dislike it DOWNVOTE but at least tell me why or what i can do to make it better. That goes for anyone as well, please tell me what you think, what can be changed to make it better :D thanks!

Hmmm... I like how his E makes him get stronger over time; it definitely fits in with his theme. The active might be a little overpowered, though. Also, it should probably be more gradual than 10 armor and 25 hp every 10 minutes (as in, 1 armor and 2.5 hp every minute). It's sorta weird how him ult works... It's generally not good to have permanent (or rather, indefinitely lasting) buffs/debuffs like that, but that doesn't seem to make TOO much of a difference, so it could work. However, it might be advisable to lengthen the duration because if anyone's going to die in 3 seconds, your ult probably isn't needed. Also note that theoretically, his ult only costs exactly 100 mana the first time he uses it (unless it resets when he dies or something)... I also like how his passive makes him more resistant to pokes and more benefited by supports with one major ally-boosting ability... His W also might be a little weak, but idk...

TL;DR: You might want to not include his mana adjuster on his ult, but it should be fine. E might be a bit op, but otherwise he seems great.
