[Champion Rework] Ashe: The Frost Archer
If I had to pick one adc to call the worst in the game, it'd be Ashe (inb4 Urgot, I can't even explain what Urgot is). She just doesn't have any survivability, even for an adc. She has no escape methods (Ezreal has Arcane Shift, Caitlyn has her net, even Twitch can turn invisible), Ashe has none. Despite her win rate being relatively even, she just isn't very good. Her kit rework should be a higher priority than Darius'. I have some propositions for it as well, I welcome constructive criticism.
Passive Frost Shot:
Whenever Ashe critically strikes an enemy champion, they are slowed by 25% for 3 seconds, and are inflicted with grievous wounds. This can stack up to 3 times.
Q Multi Shot: Mana cost 60, Cooldown: 16 / 13 / 10 / 7 / 4, Range: 1200
Ashe fires 7 arrows in a 57.5 degree cone, dealing 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 (+ 100% AD) physical damage. Multi Shot can critically strike, and if it does, it will apply her passive as well.
W Explosive Shot: Mana cost 80, Cooldown 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10, Range: 600, Radius 250
Ashe fires an enchanted arrow at the ground that explodes after 1 second. If an enemy is caught in the blast, they will take 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+ 50% AD)(+ 50% AP) magic damage, and will be frozen (stunned) for 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 (+1% AP) seconds. If an enemy is hit directly by the arrow, the explosion will proc immediately. Enemies that are on the arrow directly when it explodes will be knocked airborne, and then be stunned afterwards.
E Hawkshot: Mana Cost: None, Cooldown: 50 / 45 / 40 / 35 / 30, Range: 3000/ 3500 / 4000 / 4500 / 5000
Passive: Ashe gains 1 gold for every unit/structure that she has damaged, but not killed.
Active: Ashe fires a vision arrow, granting sight for 2 seconds as it flies towards a target location. Hawkshot grants a 1000-radius area of sight for 5 seconds when it reaches its destination. The sight extends into brushes. Enemy champions caught in the explosion are revealed for 5 seconds.
R Arcane Shatter Shot: Mana Cost: 100, Cooldown: 90 / 80 / 70, Range: Global
Ashe fires a giant arrow in a straight line. If it hits an enemy champion, it will deal 250 / 425 / 600 (+ 50% AD)(+ 50% AP) magic damage and stun that champion for 2 seconds. Additionally, the arrow will shatter afterwards, releasing a volley of 14 arrows in a 120 degree cone, and dealing 80 / 160 / 240 (+100% AD) magic damage to all enemies within 1200 range.
