###Introduction & Backstory

Sibara is a support mage who takes from her enemies and gives to her allies. Sibara is a support that embodies sticking to your ADC, this is most shown in her passive, she is also really good at buffing her allies. She wears a long flowing flowery Sunday type dress, with a ringlet of flowers on her head. She wears a long gold chain attached to a solid gold heart that is the catalyst for her abilities, around her neck. Her hair is a very long and bright blonde. When moving normally she skips, when moving towards ally champion she dances and leaps.

Lore

Sibara grew up in a small town in Demacia, unbeknownst to her and her family at the time, she was gifted with a very peculiar form of magic. It was based on her emotions towards another person, people she hated would end up weakened or hurt in some accident and people she loved would be in perfect health and nothing could go wrong for them. Her family of course became very wealthy and everything just seemed to go right for them.

It wasn't until she was a teen that they realized this power and they decided not to take advantage of it anymore, but due to her teenage hormones "Love" and "Hate" became very diluted words for her. People who could make her smile would end up with great fortune and people that even slightly annoyed her would end up falling into a deep depression. It wasn't long before the entire town figured out her powers. Many people would use this doing anything she asked just for the smallest of smiles, those that failed would never recover.

Fearing for both the towns and her safety, her parents tried to send her away to somewhere safe. Not understanding this, thinking they were just sending her away out of fear, caused her a great deal of pain and hate towards her family . Her power took that and caused the greatest misfortune in her entire life, her entire family even those with the smallest amount of relation to her were killed. Sad and lonely, not knowing where to go, she wandered aimlessly around until a man came to her with a proposition.

He would take her to someone who could help her control her powers so that no more random misfortunes could happen again. In exchange for doing this, after her training she would use her new powers for him on the Fields of Justice. There was no hesitation, she immediately agreed and was taken to her new master. After a few years of training she mastered her power and was given a golden heart as proof of finishing. Without delay she entered the League to find the man she had made the promise to, but he was no where to be found.

###Abilities

#Passive - Passionate Lover - Range: 900
Sibara creates very deep emotions for those that stay around her.

  • Sibara loves her allies, any ally that stays around her for 20/15/10 seconds will gain a stack of Love. (maximum 5 stacks per champion, except with Dying for Love)

  • Sibara hates her enemies, any enemy that stays around her for 20/15/10 seconds will gain a stack of Hate. (maximum 5 stacks per champion)

Sibara gains 45% movement speed when moving towards an ally champion.

#Q - Heart of Gold - 70 mana - 25/23/21/19/17 seconds - Range: 750
Sibara targets enemy champion with her hate creating an empty heart above their head, this heart will slowly drain their health over 5 seconds until it is full dealing 10/20/30/40/50 [(+5% of AP)(+1/2/3/4/5 damage for each stack of Hate)] per second as magic damage. Heart of Gold can be cast again at anytime on an ally champion giving them the stolen life, after 6 seconds it will automatically heal Sibara if not used on ally champion. Consumes all stacks of Hate upon use

#W - Shot of Love - 45/55/65/75/85 mana - 11/10/9/8/7 seconds - Range: 625
Sibara empowers ally champion for 5 seconds with her overpowered love. (Does not Consume stacks of Love and Hate upon use)

  • The next 3 basic attacks will deal an extra 30% of her AP as magic damage and will have 10% (+1% per stack of Hate) lifesteal if they hit enemy champion.
  • The next ability will do bonus 30% (+1% per stack of Love) damage and will silence an enemy champion for 1.5 seconds.

#E - Manifested Emotions - 75 mana - 10/9/8/7/6 seconds - Range: 750
Sibara condenses her emotions into a ball and launches it forward. The first ally champion it hits will be shielded for 70/100/130/160/190 [(+60% of her AP)(+2 shield per stack of Love)] and gain 15% attack speed for 5 seconds or until shield is broken. The first enemy champion it hits will take 80/110/140/170/200 [(+60% of her AP)(+1% of her AP per stack of Hate)] and be slowed by 20/22/24/26/28% for 3 seconds. Consumes all stacks of Love and Hate upon use.

#R - Dying for Love - 120 mana - 160/130/100 seconds - Range: 625
Sibara attaches a chain to ally champion for 7 seconds and gives them 2 stacks of Love. While the chain is active 70/85/100% of the damage taken will be transferred to Sibara, the damage will be reduced by each champions armor and magic resist. When the 7 seconds is over or Sibara dies, the ally champion will gain 25% (+5% per stack of Love) movement speed and attack speed.

Second Cast : Sibara can cast Dying for Love again for 100 mana to attach the other side of the chain to an enemy champion and for 3 seconds 55/65/75% of damage taken will be transferred to the enemy champion. After 5 seconds or if enemy champion dies, the ally champion will be healed for 40% (+2% per stack of Hate) of the enemy champions maximum life.

###Explanations

Sibara is meant to be a difficult and complicated support that requires quick thinking and a deep understanding of her kit. Knowing when to use her abilities to sustain or buff is key in every engage, using her abilities recklessly can cause serious issues as they have high CD's. Timing and Position is more important on her then most supports.

Her passive is meant to reward you for staying near your Allies and even your enemies, Using the stacks is part of what makes her timing very important and increases her difficulty. The stacks do not decay and can only be removed by her abilities. The only problem i see is that 30 seconds might be too short or too long depending on the situation.

Her Q is her only actual form of sustain and it is not meant as a quick heal get out of jail free card. It is meant to be used before going in to engage or even to poke them. You can cast it again whenever you want for no cost at all, the cooldown will start right when the ability is cast the first time.

Her W is similar to Nami's E, but it also affects 1 ability. This is meant to buff her Allies so they feel more powerful while you are around. This might also create builds only used when Sibara is picked.

The E is a simple skillshot meant to be shot through an ally and into an enemy champion. Nailing this on an ally and enemy is the best way to profit from an engage, it can also be used just to give your ally a shield or just to slow an enemy. Originally it was going to be a targeted ability that shields an ally and shoots a skill shot from the ally and slowing the first enemy champion hit similar to Lulu's ability, but i decided that it was too overpowered and creates too much difficulty.

Her R is what makes her unique i think, it can be used as a true sacrifice ability or if you are quick enough and have the mana can be used to turn the tables on the enemy. It has a very large CD so failing her ult is going to punish you hard as she lacks sufficient CC and Sustain to make up for the failure. Using this when you are going into a team fight on your ADC or APC and then targeting one of their own is the most obvious way to use it. But it can also be used to save yourself in a teamfight if you are the one being targeted, you can use it on your tank and the damage will first go through their reductions and then your own, so you can potentially take all of the enemies damage through your tank.

So i hope you like my champion idea, if there is something wrong then please leave a comment telling me what you think and i will try to fix it. Please dont get so caught up in numbers and ratios though as they can easily be changed, so just because one of her abilities scales too well doesn't mean she is a lost cause lol. (I run into this problem a lot with comments)

I love the fact that Sibara would be a harder champion to play, but yet she would be made a viable and needed support for her team.i would definitely grab her first chance i get.I see the potential Sibara could have in changing the face of team fights whether it be sacrifice or crazy buffs when engaged. i absolutely love the concept of making her a more difficult support but also a needed/valuable support for the team.i know there would be tweeks to her abilities but overall i'd like to see this in action.Leona

I ectually like Champions that need others around to get truly strong :) and I also like her Lore :) she sounds realy nice and if she was real I would say hello to her :)

Her passive realy makes this Champ a Champ and it also is her core which I realy like, However the rewards are very minimal and take to long to ectually get it. maybe making it shorter to build up like 10 seconds and giving Abilities aditional effects on loved or Hated Champs instead of just boosting the effectiveness of what it does will realy help. For example: her W empowered ally's ability will silence when the ally has love on it and the Duration of it will be determined by the stacks of love.

the Q is a nice ability although I have one question: when you recast it on the ally, will the empty heart be consumed or will it still deal damage?

the W has one problem, it empowers abilities: when empowering Abilities remember that Ultimates can be Empowered to and they deal already alot of damage already and with this ability some ultimates can one-shot ppl very easily like Katarina;s ult.

the E is very nice bt maybe buff the added attack speed just to make it better :)also maybe make it so that only the ones who get hit will have their Love and Hatred be Consumed.

the R is very overpowered. denying 90% and redirect them to either you or an enemy for 5 secs is just to much. especially when casting on your main damage dealer that gets focused because the enemy will regret not attacking the target or Regret attacking the Target because that will just kill their teammate without the teammate ectually being attacked. ow and also, Replace dealt with Taken or else ppl will think that Sibara will take damage from her allies spells.

but I like the concept of needing allies :) it just needs to be more rewarding/ more dependent on it to realy make that work :)

I also made a Champion. would you like to Check it out and hopefully leave a comment or upvote behind when you do :) thank you. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/fancreations/REVHERFj-champion-concept-mila-the-stray-light

She seems like a very interesting champion... I feel like she's the type of champion that I would especially like. A few comments, though... On her W, it should only affect single-target damaging attacks because if it hits an AoE move, it can become extremely overpowered. (It should only affect damaging moves because it's weird to damage someone with a noon-damaging move, and it could also theoretically damage an ally with a heal.) However, not all champions HAVE single target damaging attacks, so you might want to buff it, but make it only affect the next 3 attacks OR the next ability so half of it isn't wasted. Her ult, by the way, is just straight-up overpowered currently because you can redirect it from the adc to the enemies' adc. The enemy team will still focus your carry, but they'll be melting their OWN carry instead, which is a problem. Also, it's probably a bad idea to make the redirected amount scale on levels because it could be smarter to not level it past level 1, which is something that Riot never does (except sometimes in mana costs, but they're small enough to not matter). I like the whole "ultimate sacrifice" aspect, but often, it's better to smooth out the damage and have everyone survive instead of getting a dead support and a half-health ADC. It's probably preferable to just put it at 75% or so (although 100% could definitely work) and keeping it there.

TL;DR: W should only affect single target damaging spells, R damage reduction (to target) shouldn't scale or redirect (that much) to enemies.
