Bard is the worst champion in the history of LOL til the changes/buffs come he simply doesn't have the numbers to match even the weaker supports..people say utility but i'll take something like Leona's 3 stuns every single time over bard's incredibly situational utility. Did I mention that he's practically made of glass too?
