so my lil bro is pretty passionate about league (and things like pewdiepie, minecradr, fnaf, etc) and i think it would be cool if he could compete somehow.

Try to make a team at his school. There are a lot more League players out there than you would think.

Riot probably won't support it since the kids would be below 13 unless like 8th grade.
