riot says they dont have the ressources to patch TT more than 3 times in 10 years (check the wiki) and they dont give it ANY pro play events nothing (not even at allstars)

BUT

they have the ressources to work on a 1v1 mode that is ONLY seen at allstars and cant be played by anyone else?????

Said 1v1 mode is just ARAM with a few extra things thrown in. It's not an entirely separate map with entirely separate items and gameplay like TT was.

Rito just decided to ignore parts of their game. Like champions going years without skins. Or years without any kit upgrades or tweaks for viability. Or refusing to deal with swarms of easily identifiable bots killing the fun of a map in their game.
