Reduced and Random Champion Pool

I'd find the games a lot more interesting if there were some unusual picks played.

Only way I can see that happening is to randomly roll a pool of 40 or so champions (four of each role) out of the 100+ available. Let the teams select from that randomized pool and we're off to far more interesting match-ups and strategies.

These aren't streamers who just want to have a fun time and make their games cool or fun or interesting, they're pros and pros pick the best possible champions to WIN not have fun on. Their careers and reputations are on the line they don't care about anything but winning.
Any fan of the LCS knows that's the point of the LCS; pick strong champions, play them and try to win.

Anytime I get annoyed about champion diversity I just go on youtube type in a certain champion that I want to see be played and watch one of the many thousands videos about that champion.

This could technically hurt match-ups though, couldn't it? If Team A went against Team B, and the pool favored Team B, and then Team C went against Team B, but the pool favored Team C (or nobody), then Team A could get placed lower than Team C, when it might've just been RNG screwing Team A in their match against Team B.
