TSM VS NV
That was a great series. Did not expect it to be this close. Allowing Bjergsen to have Syndra all the time was Envy downfall tough. Teams are still giving him his best pick on a silver plater, I just don't get it...

I only really see Bjergsen and sometimes maybe Jensen play syndra so it's not highly prioritized plus if they ban syndra they may leave some "OP" picks on the board for TSM to steal
Cho'gath is just not that good in pro play. His winrate is not that high. No matter how many stacks he gets, LCS is not soloq. It's not that easy to catch the squishy champions to really feel his ultimate.
First game NV picks Cho, TSM runs circle around them, despite having a lead over TSM. Second game, they pick a more reliably top and mid laner with a scaling late game ADC, they beat TSM. Third game, they revert to the Cho + Taliyah. TSM just runs circle against them.
If anything, it just shows that NV will need to get a better mid or top laner.
It's because Sandra can be played around. Syndra's kit doesn't really mess with many team comps li ke Maokai does. Syndra is purely based on the player, rather than abilities. So teams don't see syndra as ban worthy unless they are truly afraid of bjerg, which nv is not.
