I've been watching the EUCS qualifiers and also watched some EUCS last split and it made me wonder, why is it so weak compared to LSPL, NACS and the Korean challenger series ?
Is it due to Europe lack of willingness to import foreign players, lack of work ethic ( G2 recent behaviors for example ) or just a lack of fresh talent in Europe ?

The players who are in this thing are a step below challenger and thus aren't exactly known for being the best (with few notable exceptions being former LCS players like werlyb/klaj/wisdom/godbro). I'll also try to find an article for you as well, as there was a really good one a while ago that described how people want to play in NA due to the fact that cost of living is cheaper and the competition/willingness of challenger/LCS teams to scrim against is apparently far better.

Should probably refer to the latter half of my post then. Players joining teams is sorta a 2-way street. If the players are going to save money/have the ability to practice against better teams than EU, why on earth would they bother joining challenger there when they could raise their stocks in NA/China then have an EU team overpay for them?

G2 said they didn't want to scrim EUCS teams so they took a vacation. Even LCS teams consider EUCS team weak ? CLG scrimmed NACS teams because no LCS teams were available and they did fairly well at MSI I believe.

EU LCS has been stronger than NA LCS in every season so far except S4. To argue otherwise is being ignorant

Sencux isn't talented. PerkZ is a clown and has shown at MSI he can't hang at the top yet. I don't consider support players that aren't shot calling to be ''top talent''.
Also, all those players aren't on challenger teams. EUCS being weak is also shown by no new teams qualifying into the EU LCS even tho they were facing very weak teams like Giant and Splyce.

All of those players were in EUCS in Summer 2015 and qualified there. So there were two that made it in that split, kinda offsetting the zero that made it in this time.

Nope. They decided that give prolonged rest to their players would have been more beneficial for the team that grinding hard for MSI in the long term It backfired in a spectacular way because as result of their struggle and SKT struggle in group stage - SKT that took it kinda easy too in preparing the tournament, except they were strong enough to get by and being in top shape in the playoffs using group stage as practice - they got surpassed by TW, NA and CN teams and looked silly with the whole vacation stuff

EUCS last split sucked, but it will going to get new fresh faces and talent very soon because of the EUCS qualifier that you are despising, where new talent is competing - and hoping Riot stand up against the last remaining shitty orgs - unlike NACS which is becoming a shitshow of reserve LCS teams filled with veterans facing each other for money grab
