Hello all! I have a question about the skins, which pros use in their competitive games. Not the obvious ones, which we can all buy, but the rare skins like King Rammus, UFO Corki, Pax Jax, and so on. Can the pros use them all, some or none or only skins, which are available to buy?

i believe only the ones available on your main account as i believe your account is copied over or you just have access to the tournament ''realm'' with said account as its offline your account is basically activated for offline play. any skins/champs they have i believe are bought by the team/organisation (the champs may be all activated by riot I'm not sure but not the skins i don't believe i could be wrong.)
All the skins mentioned above have been available to everyone at some point, Pax Jax for example was a skin given to people who attend the PAX league event/panel
King rammus is for beta players, so this is 100% never available again.
for UFO cork: created an account before 2010 Jan received a free UFO Corki
not all 'pro's'' have all these skis either.
All pro's get a account from Riot with all champions and all skins unlocked. They may choose not to use them, but they are on the account.
