why are the keystone icons right under each players' ult icon removed?

i want to be able to actually see the keystone cooldowns on each player, and i want to be able to find out what keystones they are using without having to look up the match and spoiling which team wins

edit: i mean early game when no one has ult. At least keystone should still be displayed even if ult arent available edit 2: looks like it was a bug in just 1 game
