Question about pro players on teams

Just wondering if team's have a salary cap, just like hockey teams, to avoid big sponsors from paying to have super players on their teams that no one else has the money to afford to keep up with skill levels of teams with basically infinite money to spend like Samsung for example?

Nope.

But mixing and trading players in League tends to not always be a good idea. Mechanics help, but team communication is far more important. If you suddenly pick up Faker as a mid laner for CoL for example there's a pretty low chance itll improve the team.
