How do you play against G2 and not ban The Donger?

You can find arguments for both. If you dont try to deal with it, you essentially loose a ban - that's no way to deal with a problem. If you keep that up, soon you'll not have enough bans.

Or you just ban it to be on the safe side.

I think FW had trained this matchup in scrims before and were very sucessful. They clearly had a plan - this was not just simple disrespect.

In a 2vs2 lane with a tanky support Morde can make best use of his W while not allowing Heimer turrets to focus him. Heimer lack of mobility and reliance on his stun-nade makes it rather easy for Morde to dive him too.

Morde W obliterates Heimer towers while at the same time gives full champion healing to him. I think there was a post recently somewhere pointing out the inconsistencies of Morde W with champion pets (Zyra plants, Yorick ghuls). At least in theory it can work.

It's about the 2v2. Morde can push very hard; if you compare cs, you'll notice he didnt fall behind, and neither was the tower threatened. Tham Kench can eat the towers. G2#s early ganks in this lane werent very sucessful. They can hold their own very well and then translate it into a dragon, which they can then use to get multiple towers. FW simply never reached this breaking point, but they could have.

script not in sense of cheating like autoaim and what not, but just having chinese teams win with throwpicks like GenG did.
