...We are at the Worlds Championship. Yes, EU has historically performed better. Yes, NA destroyed EU at Rift Rivals in glorious fashion. Let it all go.

I stand before you all in support of a greater cause. We DO NOT need to be fighting each other! Our rivalry is fun and sure it’s cool to poke fun at each other... but we share a common enemy!

The west is full of great personalities and players who continually get the finger and get written off because they play in the West. But the West IS getting better and more competetive.

I don’t care if you’re NA or EU, I WILL support you and your team to beat those slimy, smug, eastern tree stumps. If NA falls, whatever. Im gonna throw out my best EU support to beat the Koreans and the Chinese! We are in this together! Stop pitting us against each other.

I’d gladly watch an EU team hoist the trophy if it couldn’t be an NA team and I hope an EU fan would feel the same way. Let’s suppoet each other! Lets take down those smug Korean and Chinese crybabies!

When we lost Rift Rivals NA wouldn't let us live it down.

That said, if it's not Na vs Eu then I think most people support their Western counterparts. We all wanna take down Korea!

Oh just shut it. Every year topics like this appear after 2nd week. EU gets out of the groups, and NA plays like shit, then some "voice of a reason" comes preaching, that we should join our hands and sing songs together. Only that when it's EU underperforming, you like to rub it in faces of EU fans. Make topic like that after EU plays shit and NA does well and then I might believe you.

Now here is where the problem lies. Putting those two line together, makes it like you are comparing two regions for some reason_CN destroyed KR at Rift Rivals in glorious fashion_, yet it doesn't matter why? They are not constantly bragging that they are better than KR. Because they know it was a tournament just for fun, nothing of value was on the line. But NA got that victory to their heads and they thought they could win Worlds, now that is just being delusional.

EU tends to be a better region in terms of performance in worlds.

NA tends to do better in minor regional tournaments like rift rivals or BOTA

To be honest, the rivalry between NA and EU never existed until the eastern teams started to dominate and that the NA teams were the only hopes against them. then EU fans started to thrash talk with their "lellele NA scrubs Fnatic atleast won one time" and Na only answered with even more aggressivity. My opinion is that NA players don't really care, until they are provoked by a EU player who can't keep his mouth shut. So if both sides stop to Mirror their aggresivity, then maybe everyone will focus on the simple fact that we need any EU or NA team to be champion instead of SKT... again

Who cares. If you dont win the tournament how far you get means nothing because you can't beat better teams. C9, Fnatic, and Misfits have 0 chance of winning worlds so how far they get means absolutely nothing.

I totally agree. I am happy to see EU teams or NA teams win. I'll cheer for both. Personally I like TSM and C9, especially Sneaky and Bjerg. I also like SKT and FNC.

Don't know, EU or NA, who cares? They are only humans, performance of others doesn't mean that that is better or not, it means only that he/she is better than him/her. Easy logic.

Agreed. Wouldnt call them tree stumps but whoever wins I hope its at least not SKT again. Omg I would be so angry to see a 4th set of their skins (they do look cool though).
