NA break the curse? What curse? Getting out of group stage? I only remember NA not getting out of group stage last year 2015. How did it become a curse after 1 year?

Randomonium1 votesYou wouldn't be shocked if LMS won the world championships or beat some of the best Korean/Chinese teams? Its not about them being better than EU, its about them being underestimated as a region pretty much every year.
The curse of always underperforming on the world stage. Besides TSM winning an IEM and CLG getting second at MSI it seems like every international tournament NA chokes and doesn't live up to expectations. Or would you disagree?

LMS already won Worlds once
NA does not live up to expectation because they can be surprising or do the unexpected MSI, no one thought CLG was going to get 2nd place or do well but they did (Yeah they don't live up to the expectation of under performing)

I specifically said that TSM winning IEM and CLG getting second place at MSI are exceptions to NA underperformed. Besides that I can't think of another time that NA didn't choke (and keep in mind I'm a huge NA fan.)

Except Korea was part of Season 2 Worlds... Azubu Frost and Najin Sword were their representatives... In fact, they were the team to knock out both of them with Najin Sword in the quarter-finals and Azubu Frost in the Grand Finals.
