Any good resources for LCS Roster Swaps?

I've got caught off guard by a few of these roster swaps the first 2 weeks and was unable to change my Fantasy roster. I find Reddit to be pretty hit or miss sometimes with this info. Also, while Riot does have "updates" on the fantasy pages these updates are often incomplete or don't provide concrete information (like Freeze not playing this week.) Additionally, any information that is put out is often put out too late for any changes to be made to the fantasy rosters. So yeah, I was wondering if there were any one stop shops so I don't have to check out every team's website to field a decent roster every week.
