Ranking the bot laners at worlds

Some general comments: This is another really deep position at worlds, and honestly the position I found it most difficult to rank. Each bot laner (ADC) has different styles and strengths, with Perkz/Viper having the plus of surprise picking stuff like Syndra, Pyke, Yasuo, Vladimir, etc and crushing the 2v2 laning phase while Teddy/Uzi play more traditionally and become absolute fountain lasers with 2 items. Ultimately, I decided that with more standard picks (Kai'sa, Xayah S tier with Lucian/Ezreal/Sivir/Ashe A tier) the impact that Perkz/Viper had with their drafts was ultimately reduced. I determined Teddy to be the best adc at the moment because he consistently outputs so much damage in teamfights regardless of whether the team played around him (unlike RNG and Uzi). Lwx is also a great adc but I think he also gets a lot of help from Doinb/Tian and his support, Crisp. Rekkles/Perkz/Viper are all around the same level and can all pull out wildcard picks (Garen for Rekkles and the aforementioned for Viper and Perkz). DL and JKL are about the same level imo, with JKL being a bright spot on a struggling IG team (but struggling nonetheless) and Double being the star AD of NA with both dominant laning (for NA standards) and good teamfight damage - the only suspect thing is positioning. Kobbe/Nuclear/Cody fall into the category of good but not great, Sneaky woiuld have fallen into this category if not for the bad performances in 2019 Summer. I determined Pilot, Innaxe and brTT to be the best wildcard adcs, with Pilot being the difference between Royal Youth falling to Supermassive and making worlds, brTT being the GOAT of the brazil region and Innaxe outputing solid performances alongside Edward in LCL. K1ng is slightly below this level but is still probably the best in OCE. The rest of the ADs I feel are pretty passive and are not the bright spots of their teams, especially GAM's Zin and ISG's Warangelus.
