I just had that thought. Since there are no people making checks or drug tests in esports, there have to be at least some people who must have tried it and gotten away with it, with the sport becoming more and more serious over time.

In CS:GO I've heard of players getting in trouble for using adderall & other stimulants to increase reaction speed & attentiveness. Never heard about it in the LoL Scene though...
Not drugs off the top of my head, but there was an incident in Season 2(1?) of cheating. Azubu Frost's Woong and TSM's Dyrus both checked the minimap for the other team during a pause in the QF. The game was remade, and any other reported incidents would result in an instant DQ.
