Putting Spica in instead of Akaadian.

Thinking Akaadian was the problem on TSM. Thinking we need yet ANOTHER jungler change on our roster. Maybe one day we'll realize our jungler isn't the problem. Never was. Not once in the history of the org has the jungler been the problem.

We had sven, we had amazing, we had akaadian, we had santorin. They were all REALLY good junglers.

When we had turtle, we were winning (maybe non consistently). When we had doublelift (CONSISTENTLY!), we were winning. When we brought in Zven, we've been losing.... consistently.

Smoothie was a fucking backup support for C9 for years. Only got brought up because LemonNation quit. He was a 2nd choice by default. He's not terrible, but he's nothing special. He's known for cheese picks like Brand and Zyra. He's a mechanically gifted player, no doubt, but he's just not like.... idk he's just nothing special. There's nothing you look at in this game and say "Oh that's SMOOTHIE'S forte."

Zven and Mithy were awesome because the team they had around them. They're not individually great. They're probably great team mates in certain situations with certain resource allocations, but its not like these two are just 2v8ing games.

The problem isn't and was never jungle.

The problem is that this org wouldn't know a good player vs a bad player if they had gigantic neon signs above them telling them which is which. We CONSTANTLY dump good, championship level players in favor of sub par replacements.

The problem is that the org's solution to failures in communication and synergy isn't to BUILD the synergy, its to fire the player THEY THINK is the problem, or replace them.

The problem is that its never about winning, its about roommates that can live together and be friends. Its about companionship.

Companionship doesn't win championships.

I was honestly shaking my head at both bot and mid. I don't think Corki Package was ever used offensively or in a team fight that whole game. He just used it to get away everytime. In a 5v3 situation where TSM had the advantage, Spica had flash ult that he could use on the Kog who doesn't have QSS, then follow with a e auto on tahm right after he eats up kog that would allow TSM to close on him. These games seem too fishy compared to what I'm use to seeing out of TSM. Way too fishy. Meh. Doesn't matter. Whether TSM got there or CG got there, noone in NA is good enough to make noise. Closest to making noise would be C9 because DL just chokes everytime he is on the big stage. Most notable being his gameplay when TSM was thought to be able to challenge. Another Worlds I can feel just fine about not watching. Not worth it.

Now I can't believe ME of all people is saying "To be fair to TSM" since I LOVE every chance to be unfair to them BUT...

If the interpersonal problems between Akaadian and Zven were/are as bad as has been hinted at by those in the know, the chances of building synergy between them were between zero and negative five. One of them HAD to go and apparently, for whatever reason, they decided keeping Zven around was more manageable.

And, unfortunately, you DO need a certain level of companionship between teammates (even if it's only a grudging mutual respect) because you need to be able to trust them on plays and not argue over shotcalling.

I think at this point you've gotta say Bjerg is not a good TEAM player. Bjerg is obviously skilled purely on the basis of skills, he may be the #1 mid in NA as people claim, but he's a bad teammate, he's too selfish. I assume they traded DLift/Bio for Sven/Mithy because they thought Bjerg would be happier/more comfortable with more Euros. If he's smart, he'll look inside and get out of his solo-q mindset.

Ζven is probably the worst professional player on the scene
