Now that Monte is gone, LCK isn't really worth watching anymore imo.

I really don't care about Korea at all. I watch competitive League mainly because of the awesome characters that play it and honestly, while the LCK is full of playmakers, these playmakers aren't really charismatic at all or someone you want to cheer for. Sure, Faker is the best player in the world but besides that he's pretty boring.

Compare that to NA where you have the Darshan, Aphro, DoubleLift, Sneaky, Bjerg, Jensen etc. which all are not only good players but awesome people in general that you can get attached to. This alone makes the NA LCS worth watching.

The only thing that kept the LCK alive for me was Monte, he alone made it worth watching with his quirky character. Now that he's gone, all I can expect for the LCK in the future is a horde of inhuman robots created for the sole purpose of being good at League of Legends getting casted by probably some other robots.
