Riot, do you have any plans for older players?
It's not secret that computer sports pros have much shorter active age than sportsmens from other sports. Like 18-25. Do you have any plans about that?

pro players are not under a contract from riot. Also games tend to die out after a couple of years, making it pretty impossible to keep making a living out of being a pro player
They probably plan to turn older players into ceramic pots that poor saps have to identify in order to proceed in their quest. Double lift will probably become the mouthiest of pots.
A lot of pros now work at riot on esports or play test. Others like 'scarra work outside of riot in esports.
And finally others can stream making s lot of money and having fun.
Also I'm sure some pros would wanna change professions after they retire from esports
Many current team owners, coaches, analysts, casters, content creators, etc. are past players. Esports is still a young industry, so I imagine many pro players of today will be the entrepreneurs/innovators of tomorrow.
If you mean specifically for older players to continue playing, there is always streaming. However, there is no need to force the competition to water down with older players just for their sake. Other sports have some players who play into their older years, but oftentimes it is up to the veterans to keep up with the rookies or else they are out.
