Or is EU Finals waaaaaaaaaaaay more hype than NA Finals. That crowd is electric. NA finals crowd was kind of drag... then again... they had to suffer through that singling performance. But still.

EU has their two biggest fan base teams in their final.
NA was without its top fan base team. And about 3/4 of the fans in Detroit were c9 fans.

That said NA was quite loud when C9 was up. Liquid shut them up in the end.

I'm still wondering where that musical act came from. Googled the name and can't find band or singer. I suspect Riot had a talent show and this was the best they had in house.

It went to show that an opening ceremony doesn't always need an actual performance. Storyline and proper build up alone was enough to bring the hype necessary.
