Pardon, but Urgot's presence literally picked up out of freaking nowhere and everyone progressively began to realize what was good about him was worth using despite the patch. You could damn well believe Riot has crosshairs on the champ if need be but nothing's going to change due to the patch being played on competitively.

Also 100% pick/ban? Did you only use one match and base it on every region you watch or something? All of the champions you stated in the OP have varying priority among all the series so far in the past week of games or so excluding EU Masters. Case in point: where Rakan was a top priority in the GEN vs GRF series all 5 games, there was not that extreme of a priority in other series. Same applies to Ashe, Olaf, and even Aatrox from what I have observed. At this point that's just talking out your ass.
