Now we just need to see TSM pull out the win vs KT Rolster tomorrow to start strong. So many people have written TSM off, but I'm still rooting for them.

I am not a TSM fan, but I will be rooting for them. I think they are definitely capable of upsetting some teams and making it out of groups.

Well TSM did good for the first 15 minutes.

C9 looked great, Fnatic looked great. Wish that CLG had more control in the early game (where they usually look great). H2k...well, you can't win them all.

okay lets be honest... the clg game was a pain to watch and they r in the easiest group there is, they should be roflstomping their way out but struggling on first day already.... C9 played against the 3rd/4th placed team of that Group i thought C9 was favourite and they won so they maybe can get 3rd place in groups at the end.

But maybe stop overhyping and look at the matches, by no means anyone should have any hope after what clg showed.

Overhyping? I simply said they did good by winning. A lot of people thought that only CLG would get a win at worlds.

Lol i am a fan of c9 and even i will admit anyone who actually expects c9 to get 3rd place in groups clearly has no idea whats going on in these teams. But i can always hope at least. #c9spiritbombhype

C9 is in the great position of having zero pressure this year. No one expects them to win, so they can play relaxed. This may be just what they need since they are still a very good team. Any team that underestimates them will lose.

Yeah i definatly agree. Yeah, they lost alot in summer split due to roster changes but they won when it mattered which always seems to happen. And can't forget that with the exception of incarnation none of them are new players to worlds they all know what to expect coming in and they did beat najin last year. I am really hoping they make it out of group but their group is very tough, fnatic will be the final boss so to speak for them. It all depends on if they play like they played aginst AHQ yesterday, or if they play like they did when they lost to TDK's assasian comp with a semi counter comp.

CLG plays great as a team, but I just don't think they have the skills to beat teams like FNC, EDG, and SKT who have incredible individual mechanical talent and great teamwork.

CLG playd horrible, they have insane flaws in their gameplay. The speed at which the game has to be playd is alot higher now.

I could write a wall of text but after seeing CLG up against FW, i have no hopes for them even getting past quarters, and they wouldnt actually make it out of any of the other groups. If we talk about overhyped and overrated CLG is the one. HUGE flaws in their macro, and thats the thing that concerned me if the pace of the game was gonna be higher if they could keep it up, the answer is hell no. And these flaws are so big, i doubt they can fix them Without giving in something else ( AKA the TSM playstyle of for example having pressure on the mid/bottem while sacrificing dyrus )

You can't play horrible at Worlds and win, there is just too much talent.

CLG's macro game is their strength, their micro game is where they make most of their mistakes. The have great team synergy and rotate very well for a NA team. They get beat mainly in matchups.

I agree that they aren't a serious threat to win Worlds, but they are good enough to get out of groups.
