Is it happening again this year?

Considering last year after the group draw show the site went up almost immediately IIRC, If they are happening, I have to assume due to the change in format, they are going up after the play-in stage? In about 2 weeks.

I'm a little off because about this time last year (And I think the year before too) is when Pick'Ems opened up and all the speculation and hype started. And in the week leading up to Pick'Ems going live there was info about it stating when they would happen.

It's something they will be doing every year after the first one. SO there really should be no wondering if it's coming again.
