Changing the Format won't fix your viewership problem

We all know you have a viewership decline, riot. Anyone with eyes can see it although you have a lot of moon landing experts in these forums who refused to listen.

The format change is not the way to go. It's not gonna get you your fix. That's not why we stopped watching. We stopped watching because you have consistently geared the league and its results for the success of one team (you know the one) instead of the league. I know their games get 50% more viewership than any other team, but until you realize that your other teams matter and there are fans that want to watch these teams, then you'll still turn everyone away.

A format change was not needed. A competitive environment and fair environment for every team was needed. You're still blinded by one team's viewership numbers to see. I guess we'll just have to watch TSM win BO1s instead of BO5s.

TSM only have one import (Sven). If you are talking about berg he was grandfathered into the NA LCS becuase he has been her sinse season 3, but even without that in account they only have 2 imports. Haunted and DL are USA citizens and Bio is from Canada. Also TSM is better in B03 than in B01 so this change will hurt them. Lastly TSM do not cheat, if you look at regions they all have a dominate team( SKT, FW, EDG, G2 GBM etc); if they cheated then TSM would have made it out of groups, not given another NA title.

TSM dominating the NALCS over and over again, but continually getting outplayed at worlds by other NA teams is awfully fishy to me. Again, Viewership>Fairness

You do realize CANADA is NOT part of the U.S right? Where is the LCS played? Because your logic is flawed, Mexico is also part of NA but please, do tell me where they play?

They have the playoffs in Canada a large amount of the time, and the playoffs for a region occur within a region. They play in LA for the regular season and other locations for the playoffs( like Canada). You really did not look up and see that Canada is part of the NA LCS and part of the NA server.Mexico is part of the northern Latin America region/server.

Lastly look up the C9 roster if Canadians were imports then the C9 roster would be illegal; they have two Americans, one Korean, one is Danish, and one is Canadian. Wait three imports? No only two imports because people from Canada are NA locals.

Ps my earlier post did not have logos in it, it simply stated a fact you could have easially looked up. This post however has logos, seeing that the C9 roster is valid while having a Canadian, Dane, and Korean.

Everything you mentioned I'm aware of. That isn't my point. You pointing out Canada is part of North America is what I'm saying.

Mexico is still part of NA. I'm not talking about server-wise. Again nothing you wrote is new to me at all. You're assuming I don't know anything.

Having playoffs in other spots is called business. Expand fan-bases.

This is something you could have looked up in the time between posts and arguing about a simple fact is pointless. C9 is a legal team because Canada is part of NA. Just like how TSM in Spring was a legal team when they had 1 EU player, 2 Canadians( Biofrost and Wild Turtle), Haunter, and Berg( Grandfathered in). Here are two example of teams that would not exist this year if Canadians were not part of the NA LCS. This is not complicated. It is OK to be incorrect, but you ignored(or did not read) the post and simply repeated yourself. Unless you can tell me how C9 and TSM are/were allowed to have 3 imports then you must face the fact that you are incorrect.

I do not care whether they count Canada as part of it, they don't count Mexico and it is part of NA as well. Everything just flies over your head, it's incredible how insanely dense you are.

I don't consider myself a part of this "we" element you elude to. It's been evident for years that most fans only care about winners and figureheads, regardless of the format. Anyone else is usually better off not being regarded in the League.

TSM never won the league in BO1's, C9 did.

The viewers aren't really a decline by eye because many switched off of Twitch (which is cancer) and started watching on Youtube or VOD's.

However, that being said I think if they switched it to the Korean format things would be a lot easier and better.
